4.3?乙方以对合同用户的优惠价格向甲方提供合同设备所需使用的耗材及零配件，并免费送货。

五.除外责任?exclusions
下列情况乙方向甲方提供满意的服务，需照章收费:

5.1?甲方违反操作规范所造成的机器及附件的故障;
